PDR - A. Flores - Gran Reserva - Half Corona

Strength:  full
Origins:  Dominican Republic
Wrapper:  2006 Dominican Corojo
Shape:  straight
Length:  3.5"
Ring size:  46
Approx. cost:  unknown
Bdawg says:  This is a NEW limited release cigar by PDR.  Only 500 boxes of each of the 3 sizes were produced.  And speaking of size.  WTH?  This is the smaller cigar I have ever smoked.  Only 3.5" long with a ring size of only 46.  Well I guess if you get a craving for a cigar on your lunch break, this would be the cigar for you.  (Note:  PDR also makes this cigar in 2 other sizes.  5x52 and 6x58).

The wrapper is dark reddish brown, oily, and well constructed.  The draw is perfect, just the right amount of resistance.  The tight ash is salt and pepper colored.  This little cigar really packs a punch.  The flavor is extra peppery.  The burn is slow and even.

Actually this size would be perfect for someone looking for a great cigar, but doesn't have a lot of extra time.  I may have to buy one of those 500 boxes!

Caution:  don't burn your fingers!
